Warranty on Arctic Air products is one year from date of purchase on parts and labor and five years on the compressor (no labor coverage after first year).
If warranty service is needed:
- Call 1-800-490-9574 with model, serial number and date of purchase ready.
- Our service managers will then take care of finding the nearest service agent and will get any parts sent that may be needed for repair.
All service calls MUST be pre-approved by Arctic Air or they may not be covered.
